Upload your ID, proof of income and proof of address. Files are stored privately.

Selfie video
A short 8 to 12 second guided video. A person compares it with your ID photo. This is a manual review, not an automated biometric check.

Consent
Separate consents for processing, for the selfie video, and for sharing with each specific lender.

Under Review
Submit and receive a unique reference. Track the timeline and any actions in your portal.

Lender steps
We submit to the lender you consented to. If the lender needs to verify you with security questions, it does so directly with you. We never collect those answers.

Offers
When a lender confirms an offer, you see amount, rate, fees, instalment, term and total repayment. Accept or decline.
